The trip to Italy was hands down perfect!!! The concierge service upon arrival and departure was excellent and surely saved us a great deal of time - once again several flights arrived at the same time and of course the Milan airport upon departure was extremely busy so having them there waiting was absolutely worth it!! I’m sure saved us hours!
All the accommodations were top notch - can’t say enough good things about all of them. The rooms, the service, the food, the staff were all 5 star plus!!!
Each one of our tours was absolutely excellent and the guides went out of their way to make the experiences everything we wanted and more!

I wish I had the time and space to tell you all the wonderful aspects of my trip to the UK and Ireland in September 2025. But you would probably get tired of listening long before I got tired of talking about it. So let me sum up the best things about the trip.
The trip was a dream come true! I had always wanted to visit the UK and Ireland. However, I could not figure out what all I would need to do to travel abroad. A friend recommended Melissa and her company, so I gave her a call. I was at ease from our very first meeting. Melissa listened very well to what I wanted to do and see on this trip and was able to provide me with a trip itinerary that was exactly what I wanted. She did not try to sell me some package deal because it was convenient. She actually provided the trip I had always dreamed about.
Melissa also guided me through several steps to make my trip seamless. She showed me the legal hoops I would need to jump through for international travel and provided internet links to access the proper documentation and permissions to travel everywhere I wanted to visit. Her company booked all my travel including airline tickets, rental cars, transfers, and hotel accommodations. And, when a flight delay threw me off schedule, her company was able to get an unused hotel stay refunded and a rental car rescheduled.
It was a great experience working with someone who knew about the places I wanted to visit and was able to give me first-hand information on how things worked in other countries. I will definitely give Melissa and her company a call when I get ready for my next adventure. I know I will be treated well and my next dream trip will become a reality.

Kitty and I recently returned from our trip to Ireland. We can not Thank You enough for all of your help in planning and organizing this great experience. Your extra time and effort working with the airline to ensure requested seating is more than greatly appreciated.
We also want to express a big Thank You for the special trip to Cong you coordinated for us. Our driver, Peter, was extremely friendly, kind and most accommodating. He not only showed us a great day at Cong, (location of the filming of the John Wayne movie "The Quiet Man"), but he also took us to other memorable landmarks of Ireland. It was a Great Day.

I was looking for a travel agent near me on Google and happened to stumble upon Melissa Fail and her agency RLX Travel Group, and boy, and I'm glad that I did. I wanted to book a trip to the UK but really didn’t know where to start as my traveling had only been throughout the US at that point.
I spoke with her on the phone; then, she emailed me a form to fill out to give her a better idea of what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it, and the budget I had for the trip. She reviewed the data and presented me with a comprehensive and manageable plan. She talked me out of trying to see the entire UK and focus on only two countries since I only had two weeks to spend in the UK. I’m glad I listened to her, as she was totally right.
The trip had minor hiccups that come along with traveling these days, but she was instantly available to solve any of the problems and get resolutions immediately. We had a lovely time on our trip to the UK, and that was only because of the help we received from our travel agent. I simply couldn’t have made this trip without her assistance, and I heartily recommend Melissa and RLX Travel Group.

The ABSOLUTE best service in the business! Melissa and Cassidy were with us on our 40 day trip to Europe and Great Britain from planning to the time we arrived back home. It didn't matter the time, if there was a problem all I had to do was call and they fixed it.
Post trip we were to stay in London. The hotel got our reservations messed up. I called Cassidy and he immediately went into fix it mode. 5 minutes later we were checked into an upgraded room with free drinks as an apology from the hotel because it was their mess up.
I can't say enough good things about Melissa and Cassidy! I'll always travel with them from now on!

Melissa was wonderful to work with while planning our trip to Ireland. We knew we wanted to go to Ireland and didn't know where to start. She sent us some ideas and we worked with her from there. My husband and I were pleased with our itinerary and trip.
Before the trip, she sent a nicely organized pamphlet with all of our vouchers and important trip information. She was very patient with us as we asked many questions during the planning leading up to the trip. She was thorough and really knocked it out of the park.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent that is there before, during and after the trip.

She provides several options to choose from and then personalizes our vacation based on our specific needs and preferences. I love that she keeps a file for us to document what we liked or would have changed for the next vacation. I love that she sends a physical and electronic version of our itinerary along with a gift before each vacation. I have recommended her to family members. And don’t worry if you aren’t in the same city or state as Melissa, I have been able to work with her from Missouri without any issues. As a retirement celebration and milestone birthday celebration for us respectively, my daughter and I booked a trip to Scotland/Ireland through Melissa. This was my second trip working with Melissa and it (like the first) was wonderful. It truly was the trip of a lifetime. Our recommendations for Melissa and her Travel Group remain beyond excellent. We recently booked a River Cruise (AMAwaterways) to the Christmas Markets along the Danube. It was outstanding! Melissa and her team made everything seamless. She really did! From booking the cruise, to the flights and hotels, all we had to do was show up at our airport and follow her plans. So easy!

Our recent “7-Day Caribbean Cruise Round Trip San Juan” that was arranged by RLX Travel Group in was spectacular!
Melissa and Cassidy did an amazing job of organizing every detail of our adventures including choosing flights to and from San Juan. Our trip included an overnight stay in San Juan, private tour of San Juan and a Norwegian cruise to six islands with a guided shore excursion on each.
Before we left home, a chronologically arranged travel information packet was provided. Detailed information was printed on heavy paper with more instructions on handwritten sticky notes attached to most pages. We were well served and extremely pleased!

Melissa and Cassidy planned for our family a 50th anniversary trip to Maui. Every day was a new adventure! It was easily the most memorable trip ever.
We hiked through rain forests to swim under secluded waterfalls, saw more humpback whales than we could count and went snorkeling in crystal clear waters over coral reefs where we found Nemo and all of his friends! The sea turtles came right up to say howdy! The helicopter flew us into roadless valleys to see multiple waterfalls dropping thousands of feet over the vertical cliffs. I totally enjoyed driving the Road to Hana and hanging out on the black sand beach in Wai’anapanapa State Park. Even our room had a spectacular view of the beach and the Pacific.
We loved everything about it. Thank you Cassidy and Melissa for planning this wonderful adventure for our family!
